We are expanding our  Masjid Team and have vacancies for Field sales Energy Consultants (Energy Advisers).The roles are at the front line of our customer experience, and as such we are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills. You need to be an experienced sales person who can demonstrate that you are able to hit targets, although experience in the Energy Sector is desirable, it is not essential.What we do want are individuals who work well as part of a team, are confident, positive, resilient and willing to learn. 

The Segmentation / Campaigns manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns to identified segments of the market.

The role sits within the Marketing team and the aim of the role is to work alongside the CMO to establish customer and market segmentation, develop marketing campaigns to target these segments and establish KPI and reporting dashboards to measure success.

 

We’re looking for an additional member to join the Client Relationship Team. This is a fantastic opportunity, with realistic earning opportunities in a Revenue based team.

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following KPI’s retaining new clients and maintaining/building relationship with existing clients You will maximise the value of these accounts.

  • Extension/Renewal opportunities - Identify genuine opportunities to extend the contract where possible.
  • Liaising with all internal customers, resolving any issues to a conclusion.
  • Live rates – ensure you engage with the client, reaffirming the contract signed and identifying cross/up sell opportunities across all utilities, energy efficiency/management aligned with the company mission statement.
  • Additional Utility/Sites – Maximising account, gaining a full understanding of the clients’ business.
  • Work closely with the Energy and Technology team continuing to add value to the external client.
  • Adhere to company Core Values and Code of Practice.
  • Requesting Trustpilot reviews where appropriate.
  • Complete everything in your power to ensure the ‘Client is for Life’
  • Utilise the company’s Customer Relationship Management System to company requirements. 
  • Account Management of existing customer data base 
  • To close sales with a high degree of success
  • To respond to incoming email and phone enquiries 
  • To act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets 
  • To gather market and customer information 
  • To advise on existing and future services and products we offer, discussing special promotions 
  • Ensure all sales and order information are accurately recorded 
  • To review your own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed your KPI targets 
  • To represent the business in an exemplary fashion 
  • To feed sales trends back to the line manager 
  • To attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues when requested,
  • To attend training when required
  • To ensure on all occasions, you observe safe working practices in order to satisfy Health and Safety at Work, Fire Procedures and other Statutory Legislation

Experience / Qualifications 

  • Substantial experience in B2B sales
  • Previous experience in a target driven environment
  • Knowledge of Energy Efficient/Renewable Technologies, ability to articulate the offer over the phone and face to face.(Desirable) 
  • Demonstrable account management experience
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Outstanding Communication Skills
  • IT Literate
  • Adaptable to change within the business

You will advise them how to invest, the savings they will achieve and how to recoup the investment.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing energy reduction plans for customers throughout the UK and abroad, compiling customer energy reports identifying potential savings, carbon emissions and anomalies.  You will source/prepare quotations for works identified from energy surveys and provide expert advice on funding schemes and financing options to customers.  You will undertake site surveys and visits to undertake feasibility studies, manage tenders for customers for the installation of renewable energy projects and energy efficiency programmes and provide training to our sales agents.
