Our Learning and Development department is an important part of fostering a positive culture in our company. It puts our employees first for personal development and innovation.
There are two ways to obtain development opportunities. First of all, we provide a strong training program for all new starters, and also provide tuition assistance so that our employees can afford to study through universities/colleges and online education. Secondly, we have developed internal employee training and development plans, so that they can upgrade their skills and possibly develop into other areas of the business.
