The team is primarily concerned with the management of people, focusing on policies and systems. We are responsible for overseeing employee-benefits design, employee recruitment, training and development along with a focus on the better health at work programme, Investor in people and ISO.
Our Training and development professionals ensure that employees are trained and have continuous development. This is done through training programs, performance evaluations, and reward programs.
Our Recruitment team will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs we are responsible for attracting candidates using various sources like social media networking headhunting and employee referrals.
The team are responsible for screening interviewing and assessing candidates Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Our Marketing department plays a vital role in promoting our business and mission of our organization. We maintain and promote the services and vision of the business, coordinating and producing all materials, maintaining the brand exposure and engaging with our clients and potential clients through our social media channels and external events.
The Marketing department’s job is to reach out to prospects through targeted segmentation campaigns, investors and/or communities, while establishing an overall image that represents our company in a positive light.
